Every mobile mechanic must provide government ID, proof of automotive certifications/experience, insurance documentation, and pass our platform safety screening before they can accept bookings. We also monitor ongoing job ratings and customer reviews to maintain high quality standards.

After inspecting your vehicle on-site, the mechanic prepares an itemized digital estimate within the app detailing labor, parts, and fees. You review and approve this estimate before work commences. Once completed, payment is processed securely via Stripe. There are zero cash handoffs or surprise invoices.

Over 85% of standard vehicle repairs and maintenance can be performed at your driveway or roadside, including battery testing/replacements, starter/alternator repairs, brake pad/rotor service, diagnostics, oil and filter changes, suspension components, belt replacements, and emergency fluid top-offs.

You can register as a service partner directly in the DEMT app or on the web. As a partner, you control your schedule, keep transparent earnings on every job, and gain access to spatial dispatch technology without paying upfront lead generation fees.

Our mechanics arrive equipped with commercial mobile workshop units, hydraulic jacks, diagnostic scanners, and power tools. If an uncommon heavy overhaul requires a stationary lift, the mechanic will provide a transparent diagnostic summary so you know exactly what needs to be addressed.
